Pumpkin Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
วิธีทำ
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until well combined.
Fold in the chopped walnuts and dried cranberries.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan and press down firmly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
