GLAZED LEMON BUNDT CAKE

Cake:
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Glaze:
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3/4 c. sugar
วิธีทำ
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in extracts.
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternatively with milk. Stir in lemon peel.
Pour into a greased and floured 10 in. fluted tube pan.
Bake at 350° for 60-70 min.
Cool for 10 min; invert onto a wire rack. Cool for 10 min longer. Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm cake.
