here’s everything you’ll need:
12 ounces pre-cooked sausage links of choice
12 ounces frozen cauliflower gnocchi
2 cups diced butternut squash
2 cups shredded kale
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
plant based swaps: use diced tofu in place of the chicken sausage, add a little extra seasoning to the bowl before roasting.
