I Love Apple Crisp but Didn’t Want All of the Refined Sugar

What you’ll need:
APPLE FILLING]
4 Honeycrisp Apples
2 tbsp Cinnamon
3 tbsp Flour
1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
OAT TOPPING]
2 Cups Whole Oats
1 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
วิธีทำ
Peel and dice your apples, then add to a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and then mix together. Add to a greased baking dish (I linked my favorite one in this video!)
To a large bowl, mix together all of your oat topping ingredients until a nice crumble forms. Add on top of your apple mixture.
Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes. Make sure to let it cool before serving. Enjoy!!
