Beef Onion Soup

3 tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Beef chuck roast
6 onions sliced
2 tablespoons Better than bouillon: roasted garlic
4 tablespoons of worchershire sauce
Salt
Pepper
4 cups bone broth
Fresh thyme bundle
Croutons
Gruyère cheese shredded
วิธีทำ
Heat 2 tablespoons butter and olive oil in soup pot
Brown beef roast cubes on both sides, remove from pot
Caramelize onions until light brown on medium-low heat, adding small amounts of water occasionally
Stir in better than bouillon seasonings
Add worcestershire sauce
Season with salt and pepper
Add bone broth
Bring to a slow boil
