MOM'S MEATLOAF

ส่วนผสม

Meat:

2 eggs

2/3 c. finely crushed saltines or oats

1/2 c. chopped onion

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. rubbed sage

dash of pepper

1 1/2 lb. ground meat

Sauce:

1 c. ketchup

1/2 c. brown sugar

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

วิธีทำ

Meatloaf:

Combine ingredients well. Bake at 350° for 60 min.

Sauce:

Combine ingredients; spread 3/4 c. of sauce over meatloaf. Serve remaining sauce with meatloaf.
