Chimichurri Steak Bites

Before I jump into the recipe you can find Kinder’s Brazilian Steak Seasoning at @walmart and it absolutely elevated this dish! 😮💨

Steak Ingredients:

2 Ribeyes

4 Tbsp Kinder’s Brazilian Steak Seasoning

2 Tbsp Avocado Oil

How to: Cut Ribeyes into 1x1 inch cubes, season, and sear a minute on all sides

Chimichurri Ingredients:

1 Bunch Parsley

1 Bunch Cilantro

4 Garlic Cloves

1 Shallot

1/2 Red BellPepper

1 Tbsp Kinder’s Brazilian Steak Seasoning

1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

1 Tbsp Paprika

1 Cup Avocado Oil

4 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1 lemon

How to: Mince all the fresh ingredients fine and add to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients, mix, and it’s good for about a week in the fridge.

Garlic Mashed Potato Ingredients:

8-10 Yukon Gold Potatoes

4 Tbsp Brazilian Steak Seasoning

8 Tbsp Butter

1 Cup Cream or Sour Cream

2 Garlic Bulbs

How to: Cut Yukon Potatoes into small pieces and boil in salted water for about 15-20 minutes or until fork tender. Mash the potatoes and add the Brazilian Steak Seasoning, melted butter, and cream. I also added 2 roasted garlic bulbs that I wrapped in foil and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Give that all a good mix and enjoy!
