The Comfort Crumble

150g frozen mixed berries
100g apple chopped (medium)
Juice of an orange
15g chia seeds
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Allspice
Ginger
60g oats
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 egg white
วิธีทำ
Add the apples, berries and orange juice to a small pan. Cook on a high heat for 10 minutes until the fruit starts to stew.
In a separate bowl mix the oats, egg white and maple syrup.
Remove the fruit from the heat after ten minutes and add the chia seeds plus and spice you like. I threw in a little cinnamon. Mix well so the chia seeds absorb the hot fruit mix.
Transfer the fruit mix to a small baking tray then cover with the oats.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200C (air fryer is great here. It only took 8 minutes)
Serve with 150g of greek yogurt on the side
