Caramel Nut Candy

28 caramel candy

1/4 cup butter

2 tablespoons half and half

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 cup peanuts

2 cups miniature marshmallows

1-2 cups coconut

Place butter, caramels, and cream in 2q microwave safe dish

Microwave uncovered on medium for 2 minutes; stir

Microwave 1-3 more minutes, stirring every minute, til smooth

Stir in sugar til smooth

Add peanuts

Gently fold in marshmallows

Sprinkle coconut in a 10x5 inch strip onto two sheets of wax paper

Spoon caramel mixture down the center of coconut

Using the waxed paper, coat caramel with coconut and roll into 2 10-inch logs

Wrap in plastic and chill for 4 hours

Remove wrap, cut logs into 1/2" slices
