Salmon (1lbs /person)
Seaweed packs (I like Costco ones)
Imitation Krab (1 lbs/person)
Cream Cheese Block (1 block /2-3 people)
White Rice (1 cup/person)
Chopped Green Onion (1/2 bunch)
Kewpie Mayo (regular mayo ok too)
Sriracha Sauce
Frurikake Seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Take Cream Cheese block out to be room temp for later
Take out Imitation Krab (if frozen)
Wash and Cook White Rice
Preheat oven to 400*F
Season Salmon in a baking dish (filet or whole, I take the skin off before cooking) with Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, Onion Powder, and drizzle oil
Put Salmon to bake for 12-15 min @ 400*F
Wait for Salmon and Rice to Cook
Chop 1/2 bunch Green Onion > Put into large mixing bowl
Break up Imitation Krab into shreds into large mixing bowl
Plop softened cream cheese block in large mixing bowl
Squirt Kewpie Mayo + Sriracha into large mixing bowl
Add cooked salmon to large mixing bowl + Mix thoroughly
Put Cooked rice into large baking dish
Spread rice evenly, And sprinkle Frurikake across
then add Salmon mixture on top and spread evenly
Top w/ Kewpie Mayo and Sriracha stripes + Frurikake Seasoning Sprinkle
Broil for 2-3 minutes
Take out, let cool + Enjoy!
Side Spicy Mayo: Start w/ Mayo in bowl + Sriracha squirt. The goal color for not too spicy is a cream/beige orange. The more red=more spicy
