Cheddar Coins

1/2 c unsalted butter

pinch of cayenne

2 1/2 c grated old cheddar

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp dijon mustard

1 1/4 c flour

little black pepper

วิธีทำ

Cream butter (blender suggested). Add cheese & mustard & process.

Mix flour, spices, add to cheese mixture & combine until just holds together.

Preheat to 375.

Divide dough into 2 portions. Roll into 1" cylinder. Put slices 1/4" thick. Bake 12-15 minutes on ungreased sheet.
