Drink: Coffee & Cigarettes

90ml Appleton Estate Rum

20ml Dry Vermouth

10ml Orange Curaçao

30ml Black Sesame Syrup

Method: Combine ingredients in a cobbler & ice up, shake, double strain and top with chocolate cold foam and black sesame powder.

Chocolate Cold Foam

300ml Heavy Cream

200ml Milk

50ml Simple Syrup

8 dash Chocolate Bitters

6% Methyl Cellulose

Black Sesame Rich Syrup

Black Sesame paste 20% of total volume of syrup

For example

8oz Simple Syrup

2oz Black Sesame Paste

Black Sesame Paste

1kg Black Sesame

วิธีทำ

In a blender add sesame and then slowly pulverize until the natural oils of the sesame comes out and it turns itself into a paste. This part is time consuming and you need to watch the paste to ensure it’s properly blending.
