Turkey Burger Bowls

2 lbs extra lean ground turkey
Kinder caramelized butter seasoning, garlic, chili powder, onion powder, lemon pepper
4 green bell peppers
1 red onion + 1 sweet onion
2 cups mushrooms
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp sweet relish
วิธีทำ
Season and cook ground turkey on medium heat.
Roast chopped peppers, onions, and mushrooms at 400°F for 30–35 mins.
Mix cooked meat, veggies, and sauce (yogurt, mustard, relish) together.
Divide into 6 meal prep bowls — about 2 cups each.
