I’m a super fan of this simple garnish, what do you think?; 2,5oz Ginjo sake; 3/4oz Japanese gin (I’ve used Roku); 1/4 tsp Maraschino cherry liqueur; Salt-pickled cherry blossom; Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a glass and garnish with a salted cherry blossom
