Raspberry Almond Snow Cookies

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/3 cup powdered sugar

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp almond extract

1/4 cup raspberry jam

Extra powdered sugar for dusting

วิธีทำ

Cream all ingredients together except jam.

Form balls, push onto cookie sheet making crater with thumb

Fill crater with jam

Bake

Dust with powdered sugar
