Corn, Yellow Summer Squash, Roasted Garlic Soup

Corn gets shucked, then tossed with toasted coriander, salt, garlic purée, olive oil, and roasted
Yellow squash is sliced thinly on a mandolin and marinated in thyme, olive oil, garlic puree, and salt overnight
Stock: corn stock with husks and cobs, onion, garlic, shallot, parsley, thyme
Other veggies: onions, shallot, garlic, (and/or)
Simmer everything (excluding stock ingredients), strain, then puree
