2 oz Mijenta Tequila Blanco

½ oz Lime Juice

¾ oz Grapefruit Juice

1 oz Pineapple Cordial*

Soda Water

Tajin Rim

Shake the first 4 ingredients together, strain into a highball glass with tajin on the rim, and lengthen with soda water.

Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Mijenta Blanco is as simple as it gets when it comes to a clean agave forward blanco tequila. Drink it neat or in a delicious highball. I promise it won’t do you dirty.
