Air fryer chicken char siu

Ingredienser

300gr chicken thighs

2 sdm lee kum kee chinese barbeque sauce

1-2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp 5 spice powder / bubuk ngohiong

1-2 drops of red food coloring (optional)

The Glaze :

1-2 tbsp honey

1-2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp sdm doubanjiang / chili bean sauce

Instruktioner

Marinate the chicken thighs with the ingredients listed for a minimum of 2 hours but i reccomend overnight !

Glaze the chicken with the ingredients listed then airfry the chicken thighs in 180°c for 10-15 minutes. Make sure to glaze the chicken in 5 minutes intervals to make it shiny.

Serve rightaway with your favorite vegetables & rice, Enjoy <3
