Bacon-Drowned Triple Cheese Mac

1lb elbow macaroni

8 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped

6 tbsp unsalted butter

1½ cups heavy cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

1 cup shredded mozzeralla

1 cup grated Parmesan

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

Instruktioner

Instructions

• Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni until just tender. Drain and set aside. • In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until deeply crisp. Remove bacon• Add butter to bacon fat. Melt over medium heat.

• Pour in heavy cream. Heat until steaming but not boiling, • Add all cheeses gradually, stirring constantly until smooth and thick. • Stir in garlic powder and pepper. • Fold in macaroni and bacon. Cook 2-3 minutes until fully coated. Serve immediately.
