4 oz pecorino romano, (grated)
1/3 cup olive oil
2-3 tbs red wine vinegar
1 tbs honey
1 clove garlic, (minced)
3 tbs pecorino romano cheese, (grated)
1 tsp dried oregano
pinch red chili flakes
salt (to taste)
