Turkish long peppers (Sivri) or any pepper of choice (e.g., jalapeños)
1 cup sweet corn
1 cup mozzarella
Some cream cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Coating:
Flour
Beaten eggs
Regular breadcrumbs
or use a flour slurry instead of eggs)
Instruktioner
Slice the peppers open and remove the seeds carefully.
Mix corn, mozzarella, cream cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Fill the peppers with the cheese mixture.
Coat in flour, dip in beaten eggs (or slurry), then cover with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry until golden and crispy. Enjoy! ♥️
