Ingredients (makes 6 pieces):

  • 200g quick oats

  • 70g chocolate protein (I used @pescience - discount code FIT15)

  • 30g unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 50g @lakanto brown monkfruit sweetener

  • pinch of salt

  • 4g baking powder

  • 250ml @fairlife skim milk

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 20g chocolate chunks

Instruktioner

Preheat oven to 350F

Combine all ingredients into a bowl

Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour the batter in (I like to add most of the chocolate chunks on top instead of the batter)

Bake for 30-35 mins (or until a fork comes out clean), slice into 6 pieces, then enjoy đŸ€€
