Meatless Friday Honey Sriracha Salmon Bowls

Ingredienser

Salmon (I used about 1lb), rice, carrots, cucumbers, edamame, avocado

Salmon Marinade

1 tbsp coconut aminos

1 tbsp sriracha

2 cloves garlic, minced

drizzle honey

salt

Cilantro Lime Rice

cooked rice

cilantro

juice of 1 lime

salt + pepper

Avocado Cilantro Lime Crema

1 ripe avocado

handful cilantro

juice of 1 lime

1 small clove garlic

salt

splash of water to thin

How to

Instruktioner

start with making the rice since it takes the longest

marinate cubed salmon ~30 min. Air fry at 400°F for 5–7 min.

mix rice with cilantro, lime, salt + pepper.

blend crema until smooth.

assemble bowls
