Grandma’s CHOCOLATE SAUCE (for ice cream)

Ingredienser

¾ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup butter

5 Tbls cocoa + 2 TBLS veg oil

2 tbs corn syrup (dark is even better)

¼ cup milk

2 tsp vanilla

Instruktioner

Bring sugar, butter, cocoa, veg oil , and corn syrup to a boil, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Then add in the milk. Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla. Allow to cool for a bit, and then pour over ice cream.
