Coffee-infused Tiramisu Dates

• total tid: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredienser

9 large Medjool dates, pitted

1 cup coffee ( I used one coffee pod) @grind @nespresso.uk

9 tsp mascarpone cheese or use thick Greek yogurt as a healthier option!

1 tsp vanilla extract

Drizzle melted dark chocolate (I used 85%)

Cocoa powder, for dusting

Instruktioner

Pit the dates and place them in a bowl

Pour over the coffee and cover then place in the fridge and allow them to soak for 1-2 hours.

Drain and pat dry

In a small bowl, mix mascarpone, and vanilla until smooth

Use a small spoon or piping bag to fill each date with the mascarpone mixture.

Drizzle with dark chocolate and a dusting of cocoa powder then allow the chocolate to set

They can be stored for 3-4 days in the fridge
