1 tbs tomato puree
1 tin kidney beans drained
1 beef stock cube
1 tbs chilli powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt & Pepper

Add all ingredients to your dump bag, label, freeze flat.
Defrost overnight. Cook on low 7-8 hours, high 4-5 hours

1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp mixed herbs
4 rashers of bacon
Add all ingredients to your dump bag, label, freeze flat.
Defrost overnight. Cook on low 6-7 hours, high 3-4 hours
AFTER COOKING - add 150ml double cream/crème fraiche
