150g light yogurt

1 egg

1/2 scoop protein powder of choice- I used @international_protein @international_protein Nipro in white chocolate coconut DM me for discount

1/2 teaspoon corn flour

Instruktioner

Mix all ingredients then microwave for approximately 3 mins.

For the blueberry topping, mix 1/2 cup frozen blueberries with a touch of corn flour and water then heat up for 30 secs and mix.

Pour on top of pudding with sugar free maple syrup for extra sweetness.
