Oreo Cookies

1 package devil's food cake mix

2 large eggs

3/4 cup Crisco shortening

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Frosting:

2 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instruktioner

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Combine cake mix, eggs, shortening, and vanilla with a mixer. Shape into small balls.

3. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 6-9 minutes.

Frosting:

4. Combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Add a little milk if too thick to spread.

5. Pair cookies of equal size and frost the center.
