Teriyaki Chicken, Carrots, & Broccoli

1 head of broccoli
1-2 red bell peppers
2 large carrots
2 cups teriyaki sauce (about 1/2 per packet)
salt & pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instruktioner
Heat outdoor grill to medium-high heat (or oven to 425°). Cut 4 squares of foil (about 10-12 in long). Cut up veggies (I like to make them a little bigger so they cook the same time as the chicken). Lay veggies on foil and pour 1/4c teriyaki sauce over it. Lay chicken on top. Salt and pepper. Pour another 1/4c sauce over. Wrap up chicken/veggies. Place on heated grill for 20-25 minutes (depending on size of chicken). Same amount of time if you’re using an oven. Serve with rice, or on its own!
