300g cottage cheese

200g oats

2 eggs

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

75g pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp linseeds

2 tbsp chia seeds

50g chopped pecans

Instruktioner

Pre-heat oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with parchment.

Mix everything together.

Tip onto baking tray and form into a round or oval and cover the cheese well.

Bake for 45 mins until golden, turn over and bake for another 15 mins until you have a good even colour
