Raspberry Protein Cheesecake… for Breakfast

Good lord. Shouldn’t taste this good at 7am.
35g protein. 270 calories. Zero guilt. Maximum smugness.
Yeah nah….I’m a beast…and one full ramekin is the perfect portion IMO.
RECIPE (1 savage sized ramekin)
8 oz 2% cottage cheese
¼ cup (2 oz) 0% Greek yogurt
1 large egg
Juice from ¼ lemon
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Raspberries on top & throughout
Instruktioner
Blend everything until suspiciously smooth.
Pour into a ramekin.
Bake at 350°F (177°C) ~15min
Chill 1–2 hours so it becomes cheesecake instead of hot protein soup (the longer the better)
Add raspberries and question why you ever ate ‘normal’ breakfast.
