Sweet Potato Protein Brownies

180g mashed sweet potato
80g almond butter
60g maple syrup or honey
30g cocoa powder
Optional: chocolate chips, 1 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt
My version (makes 6 brownies)
130 cals | 10P | 10C | 5F
180g mashed sweet potato
40g almond butter
30g PB2 mixed with water
40g chocolate protein powder
60g sugar-free maple flavoured syrup
30g cocoa powder
Optional: chocolate chips, 1 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt
Instruktioner
Mix everything together in a bowl.
Pour into a lined baking tray.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes.
These were some of the best protein brownies I’ve ever tried. An easy 11/10! 🤤
