1 whole rabbit, cut into the front and back legs and the center piece into 3-4 even pieces

Garlic

Parsley

Olive oil

Instruktioner

1. Heat a large pan to medium-high

2. Add in your olive oil and sear off all of the pieces of rabbit

3. Cook over medium until cooked through

4. Add in the minced parsley and garlic and cook until the garlic is cooked and starting to brown
