1 Pound Fresh Green Beans, trimmed

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)

Salt and Ground Black Pepper (To Taste)

1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 teaspoon chopped parsley (optional)

Lemon slices (optional)

Instruktioner

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy clean up.

Arrange the green beans on the baking sheet in a single layer. Add the garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.

Roast for 13 to 15 minutes or until tender and slightly browned, stirring once halfway through.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve topped with chopped parsley and garnished with lemon slices, if desired
