Magic Shell Raspberry Chia Pudding Snack Bowls

A healthy snack that feels like a treat—creamy raspberry chia pudding topped with a crackable dark chocolate magic shell. High in fiber, naturally rich in protein, and perfect for meal prep when you want something sweet yet nourishing.

Ingredients (for 1 pot):

30g fresh raspberries

125g 0% greek yogurt

30ml semi skimmed milk

1 ½ chia seeds

Sweetener of choice

10g dark chocolate (2 cubes)

¼ of coconut oil

1tsp chopped walnuts, for topping

Instruktioner

Add the fresh raspberries to each bowl & crush with the back of a fork

Add the Greek yogurt, semi skimmed milk, chia seeds and honey/ sweetener to each bowl & mix well till combined

In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate & coconut oil till smooth (microwave slowly till just melted)

Drizzle the chocolate over the top & carefully spread & smooth with the back of a spoon

Top with chopped walnuts & refrigerate for minimum of 2 hours or overnight

Use a spoon to crack open the chocolate top & enjoy!
