Ingredienser

Sticky asian beef and cucumber salad 🥒

513 calories and 32g protein per bowl

Ingredients for 2:

250g 5% beef mince

100g raw basmati rice

200g pak choi cooked in a little reduced salt soy sauce

For cucumber salad: 1 cucumber cut into slices, 2 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, garlic, sesame seeds

For beef: 80ml kicap manis, 30ml honey, 2-3 tsp sriracha and garlic puree, cooked down until thick

Instruktioner
