Ingredienser

1 ½ cup Kumblanga

½ cup Beans Soaked for 4 hours

3 Green Chilly split halves

1 stem Curry Leaves

½ tsp Salt

1 cup Water

1 cup Hot Water

2 tbsp Coconut Milk Powder

1 tsp Coconut Oil

Instruktioner

In a pressure cooker, cook beans along with ¼ tsp salt and ½ cup of water for four whistle.

In a pot mix kumblanga, green chilly, curry leaves, ¼ salt and ¼ water.

Cook kumblanga for 10 minutes.

Then add cooked beans (without water) into curry and cook for another 5 minutes.

Then mix coconut milk powder in hit water and set aside.

Remove kumblanga from heat, add coconut milk and mix well.

Then add coconut oil on top of the curry and rest for 10 minutes covered.

Olan is ready to serve.
