2 oz Gin (e.g., Bombay Sapphire)

1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

¾ oz simple syrup

3 fresh blackberries

Ice

Sugar (for rimming, optional)

Lemon wheel and extra blackberries (for garnish)

Instruktioner

Prepare the glass (optional):

Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your cocktail glass and dip it in sugar. Set aside.

Muddle the berries:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the 3 blackberries with the simple syrup until well crushed.

Shake the cocktail:

Add the gin, lemon juice, and a handful of ice to the shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and serve:

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish:

Top with a lemon wheel and a skewer of blackberries for a beautiful finish.

Pro Tip:

For a foamier texture, add one egg white and shake without ice first (dry shake), then add ice and shake again before straining. Enjoy responsibly!
