Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef

Ingredienser

Here’s how I make it:

Instruktioner

Mix sauce together:

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp ground ginger

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp onion powder

Add chuck roast to crock pot (1 use about a 3lb boneless cut)

Pour sauce over meat and flip a few times to coat

Cook on low for 8 hours

That’s it! SO easy!

Low and slow is key - I’m barely touching it and it just falls apart 😍

I serve with jasmine rice and air fried broccoli and it it just 🙌🔥👏

You can add a cornstarch/water mixture to the sauce at the end if you prefer a thicker consistency. We’ve done both and you can’t go wrong either way 👍

We make rice bowls or stir fry noodles with leftovers the next night!
