2 cans sardines in EVOO, drained
1 hard boiled egg
2-2.5 tbsp soft butter
1 tsp capers
1/2 red onion
1 tsp mustard
Fresh dill
Fresh parsley
Fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Instruktioner
Add everything to the food processor. Pulse until smooth and creamy. Spread on toasted sourdough. Ten minutes. Done.
