What You'll Need
1 medium green or savoy cabbage
2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika or regular paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley or dill, chopped, for garnish
How to Make It
1. Remove outer leaves and cut the cabbage into 6–8 thick wedges, keeping the core intact so they hold together.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Brush or drizzle evenly over both sides of each wedge.
3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange wedges in a single layer and air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until browned and crispy on the edges.
4. If using Parmesan, sprinkle over wedges during the last 2–3 minutes of cooking for a cheesy crust.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve hot with lemon or a dipping sauce of your choice.
