•2 (15 oz) cans of sliced peaches in syrup (or fresh/frozen peaches)
•1 box yellow cake mix
•1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
•1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
•1/4 cup brown sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
•Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving (optional)
Instruktioner
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Pour the canned peaches with syrup (or fresh/frozen peaches) evenly into the prepared baking dish. If using fresh peaches, sprinkle a little sugar on top to help sweeten the fruit.
Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the peaches, covering the fruit completely. Do not stir.
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the top, if desired, for added flavor and sweetness.
