Prosciutto, Fig & Mozzarella Sandwiches with Balsamic Mixed

2 unit Ciabatta Bread
2 ounce Prosciutto
4 ounce Mozzarella Cheese
2 ounce Fig Jam
2 ounce Mixed Greens
5 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
2 teaspoon Olive Oil
Instruktioner
Wash and dry produce.
Halve ciabattas; toast until golden if desired. Thinly slice mozzarella into 4 rounds.
In a medium bowl, toss mixed greens with a large drizzle of olive oil and vinegar to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread jam onto cut sides of ciabattas. Fill with prosciutto, mozzarella, and a bit of salad.
Cut sandwiches on a diagonal if desired. Serve with remaining salad on the side.
