1 tbsp powdered peanut butter (PB2)

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

½ tsp baking powder

3–4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Stevia/monk fruit to taste

Mix in a mug until smooth. Microwave 45–60 seconds (watch it rise). Top with sugar-free chocolate syrup or a few dark chocolate chips.
