Corn Dip

Ingredienser

2 cans of corn kernels

1 capsicum diced

1 pkt cream cheese

300ml sour cream

150g cheese

1 jalapeno chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper

2 spring onions chopped

6 rasher of bacon chopped

Instruktioner

Combine all together and then place into ovenproof dish.

Place in oven at 180⁰C for 20min or until warmed through.
