MiSukâs Sweet Potato Casserole

Sweet potatoes
Brown sugar

Marshmallows
Instruktioner
1. First cook sweet potatoes until softened. Oven or steamed
2. Peel and cut potatoes to smaller chunks.
3. In a pan, melt butter and brown sugar (careful not to burn) and add the cooked sweet potatoes to coat in the butter sugar mixture. Cook a few minutes flipping the potatoes on all sides until a little crispy
4. Layer the bottom of a baking dish with the sweet potatoes. Top with a layer of marshmallows. Bake until marshmallows are slightly browned and melty. (About 10-15 minutes)
