Basic Bar Cookie

Ingrediencie

3/4 c sugar

1/4 c butter or margarine

1 egg

2 Tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla

1-1/4 c flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

Postup

Cream sugar and butter.

Add egg, milk, and vanilla, and mix.

Combine flour, soda, and salt, and mix into wet ingredients.

Turn into 9"×9" pan and bake at 375°F for 17-20 min.
