Ingrediencie

2 cups of water

1/3 cup cordial

1 teaspoon honey

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice

Combine all ingredients into bottle and shake vigerously for 30 - 60 seconds so all salt is disolved.

Poznámky

Water - you could use coconut water or sparkling water too either as a mix or on its own. For example, 1 cup coconut water and 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup sparkling water.

As for cordial, we use regular (i.e. NOT non-sugar), so we keep the # cups down and use the honey as a sweetener. I don't really know how using non-sugar versions would be.

The lemon or lime juice gives it a nice tart!
