Creamy Mushroom Sauce. Full Recipe Below

Ingrediencie

1 ½ cups Bella mushrooms

1 small onion diced

5 garlic chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp parsley

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp paprika

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup white wine

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup Parmesan (for thicker sauce)

3 fresh thyme sprig

Postup

In a medium pan, sauté onion.

Add mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper and all the seasoning and cook until fragrant.

Add the wine and let it simmer for few minutes or until all the wine is evaporated.

Lower the heat and stir in the cream and let it simmer for few minutes.

To thicken the sauce, add parmesan.

This sauce is best with steak, chicken, pasta or rice
