Crispy Boursin Sheet Pan Chicken

2 chicken breasts, butterflied

Garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper

½ block Boursin cheese

1-2 tbsp milk

2-3 tbsp olive oil

1½ cups panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F

Mix Boursin + milk until it's the consistency of sour cream Line a sheet pan with foil, drizzle with 3 olive oil, add chicken Spoon Boursin mixture over one side of chicken

Mix panko + olive oil until it looks like wet sand, season with salt Press panko mixture on top of chicken Bake 8-12 min or until internal temp hits 160°F

Optional: Broil 1-2 min at the end for 8 extra crisp (watch closely!)
